About the Sponsor Service Tier

The former VIP service tier has been adjusted to the Sponsor Service Tier. This group can enjoy elevated API call priority and an 88% discount (12% off) when topping up 500 credits or more through customer service. For other benefits, please refer to the rate page. Prices are subject to change during promotional events.

The Sponsor Service Tier is no longer accepting new users unless otherwise announced through events or special notices. However, existing users can continue to enjoy their benefits as normal. If you have any questions, please contact your assigned customer service representative. Existing users' benefits for bulk top-up discounts through customer service remain available. Will my service tier upgrade automatically?

Yes, when your cumulative top-up amount reaches the upgrade threshold, the system will automatically upgrade your service tier.

Will my service tier be downgraded?

No. Once your service tier is upgraded, it will not be downgraded due to inactivity or lack of spending.

What if my service tier hasn't been upgraded?

If your cumulative spending has reached the upgrade threshold but your service tier has not been automatically upgraded, please contact us through the following channels:
