Top-up Guide
Kouri Ai supports multiple payment methods to meet different user needs.
Method 1: Stripe Payment (Recommended)
This is the most recommended payment method. Your payment will be processed by DeepAnima LLC through Stripe.
Supported payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, and other international credit cards
- Alipay
- WeChat Pay
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
- Kakao Pay (Korea only)
- USDC cryptocurrency (US only)
Method 2: Small Amount Online Payment (WeChat, Alipay)
For small amount top-ups by users in mainland China, payments will be collected by our agent company in mainland China.
- Only top-ups under 100 CNY support this method. For larger amounts, please use Stripe.
Method 3: Bank Transfer
For government and enterprise customers in mainland China (excluding certain regions), you can sign a procurement contract with our agent company in mainland China and pay via bank transfer. For more information, please contact business@deepanima.tech.
Method 4: Gift Cards
You can buy gift cards from third-party platforms or order from Amazon online store.
Redemption Steps
- After purchase, you will receive an automatic delivery message
- You will get a redemption code like:
KCxxxxxxxxxxx - Before redemption, remove any leading/trailing spaces and useless information
- Enter the redemption code in Top-up → Gift Card
- Redemption codes are equivalent to money! Do not share them with others
- Do not trust anyone asking you to buy redemption codes for activities like "order brushing"
- Redemption codes will not be reissued once sent
- Please redeem promptly after purchase!
