You can self-generate Invoice receipts for all your Kouri Ai orders.
Invoice is an internationally recognized merchant receipt. Please consult your finance department to confirm if it can be used for reimbursement.
If you need a Fapiao (Chinese domestic invoice), please contact customer service.
How to Generate and Reimbursement Tips
- Log in to your Kouri Ai account
- Navigate to "Top-up" → "Recent Transactions" → "View All"
- Find the order you need an invoice for
- Click the "Download" button
- The system will automatically generate the Invoice. You can send your payment screenshot along with the Invoice to your organization for reimbursement. If your organization is located in mainland China and does not accept Invoice, please refer to [How to get a Chinese domestic invoice (Fapiao)?].
