Character is Blank
Q: I uploaded a character, but it's blank/not being read
When creating a new character, after pasting the character data into "Raw Data", be sure to click "Parse" once. "Raw Data" is just a staging area!
When editing private character cards, you edit the raw text directly without needing to parse.
Network Connection Failed
Q: Submitting character shows "Network connection failed"
Try the following: Reduce the character card image size; reduce the word count in different sections of the character card; upload a blank or brief character first, then edit the character card. Editing private character cards works directly with raw text and doesn't need parsing.
It's also possible that the network connection is genuinely poor, causing upload timeout. Please try a different network environment.

Not Receiving Registration Email
Q: I can't receive the registration email from Character Archive
- Please use common email providers (like QQ, Gmail, 163, etc.)
- Check your spam/junk folder
